Welcome to the Walking With Jesus online college course.

You are off on a journey that will change your life and help you prepare for the ministry that is ahead of you. Nothing in your college training will be as important as your knowledge of and relationship with Jesus Christ. The Walking With Jesus online course will take you through everything that Jesus taught and did as recorded in Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. It fulfills the Great Commission. >Matthew 28:20 - "...Teach them to obey ALL that I have commanded you..."

There is a textbook required for each Volume in the course. You will be required to order the book for each course at www.wwj.bible/shop. And read the lesson in the book prior to doing the online portion.

You will get out of this study what you put in to it. (Remember what Jesus "put in" to you when He allowed them to be nail His hands and feet on the cross and later cried, "Father, why have you forsaken me?")

The "FINAL" for each volume consists of five multiple-choice questions for each lesson in the volume. The quiz will be an "open book" quiz. You can look up the answers in your books during the exam. All of the answers are in the printed book.

When you finish with current Volume, you will be allowed to proceed to the next volume in the series until the course is finished. You will be awarded 10 college credits for each volume upon completion.

May the Apostle Paul's passion fill you as you embark on your "Journey with Jesus" and throughout your many years of "preaching the gospel". I Corinthians 9:6 - "Yet when I preach the gospel, I cannot boast, for I am compelled to preach. Woe to me if I do not preach the gospel!"

One more thing. On the Discussion Questions and Homework Questions, your answers will be base on what you want to get out of this study. Long or short answers will be based on what you want to say.

Volume 1

Our journey starts with Introductions to the Gospels, writers. Then come along for Jesus’ annunciation, birth, and baptism. Finish the first year of Jesus’ ministry from Judea to Galilee.

Off we go on an adventure to study the life and teachings of Jesus Christ. Volume 01 starts with a complete outline of the entire “Walking With Jesus” Bible study lesson series. We will follow Jesus into the wilderness to be tempted, see Him winning His first disciples, performing His first miracle at a wedding in Cana, and launching His teaching and miraculous ministry.

Lesson 001 introduces us to the period between the Old and New Testaments.

Lesson 002 introduces us to the authors, Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John, and their audiences.

Lesson 003 looks at how each author presented their Gospel.

Lessons 004-026 – From there, we go to the annunciations of Zechariah, Mary, and Joseph, into the birth of Jesus, His childhood, and the introduction to His ministry where He is baptized by John the Baptist. He cleanses the Temple (the first time) and talks with Nicodemus and the Samaritan woman at the well. He is rejected at Nazareth, settles in Capernaum, and calls four fishermen to follow Him. These are events of His first year of ministry and the very first part of His second year.
